About machine drive
The machine comes with two turnplates, open intermittent indexing cam mechanism and gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures.
The innovation and improvement of the core transmission part makes the machine operate more smoothly, with more stable state and longer service life.
The whole machine adopts two sets of automatic lubrication and circulation system which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly ,prevent machine wear and reduced cost.
About cup shaping parts:
Cup side sealing is done by Switzerland Leister hot air heaters and ultrasonic welding head to ensure side sealing stability.
Cup bottom sealing is done by Switzerland Leister hot air device.
Cup top curling has two steps, rotary curling and healing figuration, which makes the curling more stable and better appearance.
More intelligent
The machine comes with PLC control system ,sensor failure detecting system and touch screen. When the machine has any problem, it will stop automatically to protect itself and alarm to workers to check. Meanwhile the screen will show the where the problem happened. So it can better control the machine, save maintenance time and enhance the service life of the machine
