Product Description

RD-XLF-SF high-speed square bowl forming machine uses a bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the counter and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission. All transmission parts adopt shower lubrication.The paper cup forming mold is installed on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC ,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking, and the paper cup bottom paper uses servo feeding. Visual inspection system is optional to remove defective products.

RD-XLF-SF can be used to produce paper bowls in sizes from 6 to 28 ounces by changing molds for a wide range of uses,such as shaped cold/hot paper bowls,Where rectangular paper bowl products are available in eight standard sizes.
