High Speed Paper Bucket Machine

RD-XLF80DT high-speed paper bowl forming machine uses a bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the counter and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission. All transmission parts adopt shower lubrication.The paper bowl forming mold is installed on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC ,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking, and the paper bowl bottom paper uses servo feeding. Visual inspection system is optional to remove defective products.

RD-XLF-80SLT can produce paper bowl sizes from 70 oz to 170oz by changing the mold. It’s suitable for the production of KFC buckets etc.
