New Recommendation: Non-plastic glue coating machine

2024-07-02 / Company News

1.Why do we produce coating machines

With the promotion of the plastic ban worldwide, the production of paper products that can quickly degrade in the natural environment has become a global trend. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we have launched this coating machine.

Compared to the PE material used in traditional plastic coating machines, our coating machine uses non plastic and biodegradable adhesive. Under natural composting conditions, it can be completely decomposed within 2 months without leaving any plastic film or similar substances.

The following is a comparison of several commonly used paper surface coating coatings on the market:

  • About degradation rate

PE: It is difficult to degrade naturally, and currently it is mostly treated through incineration, which causes significant environmental pollution.
PLA:Degrade at 3-6 months
Non-plastic glue: Degrade within 2 months

  • Paper Cup Preservation Effect

PE= non-plastic coating glue> PLA
PE and non plastic coatings can be maintained for a long time in the correct storage environment
After storing PLA for 3 months, there are pores on the surface of the material that need to be scrapped

  • Oil and waterproof effect

Detailed introduction of coating machine:

Processing sequence::
Unwinding non-coated paper roll (The unwinding device) → The first gluing (The first gluing unit) →The first drying of the coated surface (The first dryer) → The first cooling (the first cooling unit)→The second gluing (The second gluing unit)→
The second drying of the coated surface (The second dryer) →The second cooling (the second cooling unit)→Rewinding the coated paper roll (The rewinding unit)

Total:  Two times coating and cooling
Dryer:  Electric heating and air drying not oil heating
