In 2003, we researched, developed and produced flexographic printing presses for the printing of raw materials for paper rolls, which is at the leading level of the industry and received wide praise from customers.
In 2003, we developed and produced the touch-cutting machine for cutting out the shape of paper sheets, which provided great convenience for customers and was at the leading level of the industry at that time.
In 2009, we developed and produced the Handle Laminating Machine
In 2010, we developed and produced the RD-LB120-3600 series of longitudinal cup and bowl machines, reforming and upgrading the structure and transmission of the machines.
In 2010, we developed and produced the RD-12/22-100 series of medium-speed paper cup and bowl machine series which is systematically upgraded and adopts the exclusive transmission and machine structure to quarantee the stable performance and excellent production speed.

RD-230A is a new horizontal high-speed paper cup forming machine developed by Zhejiang Ruida Machinery Co. LTD. RD. 230A paper cup container forming machine provides a high- speed production speed of 230 cups per minute. The whole machine is controlled by PLC+ servo motion, full photoelectric tracking monitoring,servo feed control. Paper cups can be produced bychanging the mold in sizes ranging from 6 ounces to 22 ounces.
RD-XLF138B can produce paper cups in sizes from 4 oz to 24 oz by changing the mold.Suitable for the production of market cups, milk tea cups, etc.
RD-XLF116W can produce paper bowls in sizes from 24 oz to 46 oz by changing the mold. Suitable for the production of market bowls, noodle bowls. soup bowls, etc.
RD-XLF-80SLTis suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger than 150mm.RD-XLF-ZFT is suitable for producing 750-1400ml square shape paper bowls can be used to produce paper bowls from 70 oz to 170 oz by changing molds for a wide range ofapplications, such as KFC buckets.
RD-XLF-SF can be used to pr oduce paper bowls in sizes from 500-1400ml by changing molds for a wide range of uses.
RD-XLF200BF servo paper cup forming machine adopts a digital control mode, and the paper cup forming station is controlled l by the main servo motor in high precision , it including the main motor, main turntable.
