The RD-XLF138B is a PLC-controlled, fully automatic intelligent paper cup forming machine, designed for medium to high-speed production (up to 140-160 cups/min). Independently developed by Ruida with patented transmission technology, it ensures stable, high-precision cup forming and can be equipped with an AI-powered visual inspection system for automated defect detection.

• Physical isolation between workbench and transmission system: The forming unit and the longitudinal shaft transmission structure (gear + CAM indexing mechanism) are arranged in layers to effectively reduce vibration interference

• Closed oil bath lubrication system: All transmission parts are lubricated in a shower-like manner to ensure >8,000 hours of trouble-free operation

• Quick-release mold workbench: Patented lock design enables mold replacement in 3 minutes, and cleaning and maintenance efficiency is increased by 60%

✓ Photoelectric tracking system, real-time monitoring of 32 production process nodes

✓ Servo precision bottom paper feeding (repeat accuracy ±0.3mm), with optional machine vision inspection (AI defective product rejection rate 99.8%)

cylindrical indexing cam
The transmission part is installed in the frame under the table, using a longitudinal axis transmission structure, cylindrical indexing cam and gear transmission.
Oblique suction method
The paper suction adopts a gear inclined suction method, which reduces the paper jamming caused by traditional direct suction. When docking with the paper feeding rack, the paper feeding is more stable.
Two doors transmission protection
All transmission parts adopt shower style lubrication, with a two-layer cover design to prevent lubricating oil from splashing out or being contaminated by dust.
Pre-heating hot air blowers
All the hot air blowers adopts world-famous brand Leister from Swiss. The blowers pre-heated the paper to make it more easily and perfectly fold.
Better mold material
Compared with normal mold the mold is more light which the material is used for flight. The light weight can help machine to keep running with high-speed. And the mold material is more corrosion preventive so it’s more durable to use for long-time.
Ultrasonic welding system
Ultrasonic side sealing combined with fan cooling system, ensures good sealing quality under fast machine running condition. It greatly reduced the probability of paper leakage.
Silicone oil lubrication and circulation system
The fully automatic silicone oil lubrication system greatly reduced the friction between the mold and cups. It ensures the good appearance of the cups.
