RD-XLF138T high speed double wall machine is transformed from RD-XUF138B high speed paper cup machine. It uses a bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the counter and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission. All transmission parts adopt shower lubrication.The paper cup forming mold is installed on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC. The whole process is monitoring and tracking by photoelectric sensors. Machine uses servo glue throwing.
Embossing device is optional according to the different products customer provide.
It’s suitable to produce double wall cups from the size 4oz-24oz with good insulation effect.
This machine is an ideal equipment for making hot beverage cups, coffee cups, corrugated cups, etc.
