Introduction:

RD-XLF116W high-speed paper bowl forming machine adopts servo control automatic rotating paper suction mechanism. longitudinal shaft transmission structure, barrel cylinder indexing mechanism and gear transmission,with automatic spray lubrication, and double curling mechanism.

RD-XLF116W high speed paper bowl and cup machine adopts table top layout, separating the molding part and transmission part. The transmission part is mounted in the frame under the table top and adopts longitudinal shaft transmission structure with cylindrical indexing cam and gear transmission. All transmission parts are shower lubricated. The molding die is installed on the table top, which is easy to clean and maintain. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, the whole process is tracked by photoelectricity, and the base paper is fed by servo. Optional visual inspection system is available to reject defective products.

RD-XLF116W can produce paper bowl sizes from 24 to 46 pans by changing molds. It is suitable for producing market bowls, noodle bowls, soup bowls, etc.
